In accordance withArticle 13 GDPR, we hereby provide you with some background informationregarding how your personal data is processed via the (hereinafter “website”) and about the rights to which youare entitled. Personal data is all information relating to an identified oridentifiable natural person. A natural person is considered to be identifiableif the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or socialidentity of this natural person can be identified, directly or indirectly, inparticular by association with an identifier such as a name, identificationnumber, location data, online identifier or one or more specialcharacteristics. This data includes names, addresses, email addresses, yourapplication data, the information that you would like to make an appointmentwith us, user behaviour and IP addresses.

3. Informational use of our website

a) Browser Data

When you visit our website for information purposes, we automatically collect the following data and information, which is transmitted to us by your browser:

This data processing by our system serves the purpose of and our interest in enabling the delivery of the website to the user’s computer. For this, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. We delete IP address after a period of four weeks. We store them for four weeks so that we can track any breaches of the law in the event of data security deficiencies or problems with user access. After the end of the four-week storage period, IP addresses will be deleted immediately.

In addition, the data will be deleted from our system once the session has ended. The collection of data for the provision of the website is required for the operation of the website. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (1) (f)GDPR.

b) Cookies

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk by the browser you use. This allows certain information to be transmitted to the body that sets the cookie (in this case, us).

The most common types of cookies are explained below:

- Session cookies: While you are active on a website, a session cookie is temporarily stored in your computer’s memory. This contains session ID which can be used in many ways, for example to prevent you from having to log in again each time you browse to a different page. Session cookies are deleted when you log out and lose their validity as soon as your session expires automatically.

Some elements of our website require that the browser being used to access the site can be identified even after the browser visits another page. c) Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google LLC(“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and which enable analysis of your use of the website.

This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation via_anonymizeIp() on these websites, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google if you are within a member state of the European Union or in another state which is a signatory to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and abridged there. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield,

We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics (Art. 28 GDPR). Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity,and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The generated information allow us to improve our website and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics are in Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR. The IP address transmitted by your browser via Google Analytics is not merged with other data.

You can block the use of cookies by deactivating the service by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at to deactivate Google Analytics for your current browser.

d) Use of DoubleClick

By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives information that you have accessed a part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate your visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) of GDPR.

This website uses online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google LLC. DoubleClick uses cookies to serve relevant ads to users, to improve campaign performance reports, and to prevent a user from seeing the same ad more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to track which ads are displayed in which browser and to prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, DoubleClick may use cookie IDs to collect “conversions” related to ad requests. This is the case,for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser’s website with the same browser and buys something there.

4. Contact via the contact form

For inquiries via our contact form or via email address we have made available to you, we only process the personal data you voluntarily provide to process your inquiry, to provide you with a reply or to contact you. The data accrued in this context will be deleted following the final response, should no legal or other storage obligations exist. The legal basis for such processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

If you have given us your express and voluntary consent, we will also store your personal data in our CRM system in order to stay in contact with you in the longer term. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to Your data will then be immediately deleted.

5. Making appointments with our service provider Calendly LLC

On our website, visitors can make appointments with our sales staff. We have engaged the service provider Calendly LLC, with whom we have concluded a data processing contract that conforms with data protection law. We remain responsible for the data processing. To provide you with an appointment, we collect the following personal data:

- Surname, first name,
- Email address,
- Appointment information (specific occasion or event/date and time),
- if applicable, company name and position,
- Telephone number

The data will be deleted after the agreed appointment. The legal basis is Art.6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

The security of your personal data is important to us. Comprehensive data protection agreements have been concluded with the service providers used for the website.

7. Transfer to Third Parties

We treat personal data confidentially. We do not make your personal data available to third parties unless you have given your consent or we are legally obliged to do so.

8. Links to other websites

The website contains links to other internet pages, such as our careers page at This Privacy Policy does not apply to data processing on the linked websites. Rather, the data protection declarations provided on the linked pages apply. We assume neither liability nor responsibility for statements and guidelines not related to our website.

We do not use plugins from the mentioned social networks on our website. Our buttons to share content on social networks are implemented with the software Shariff, which passes data to the respective operators of networks when youclick on the buttons.
