What did I do before Seven Senders?

Before joining Seven Senders as an intern, I studied Operations Management and Control (M.Sc.) in Stockholm and gathered work experience in innovation management in the automotive sector.

What is my area of responsibility at Seven Senders?

As Head of Business Intelligence, my task is to ensure that we as the BI team are able to provide the basis for a truly data-driven company. This includes the whole process starting with data modelling and ending with data analysis and reporting.

What former experience of mine can I share here?

Having joined the company in an early phase, I can now share my experiences by trying to grasp the relations and connections between different processes.

What do I want to achieve at and with 7S?

My aim is to shift the role of the Business Intelligence department at Seven Senders from being a central data source to being an enabler of data-driven decisions in all departments.

Quite a colorful history in terms of sectors: consumer goods, automotive, renewables, e-commerce. Always taking care of a P – let it be product, project or program.

What is my area of responsibility at Seven Senders?

Combining the three "P"s with my work history, I use this experience to form the product landscape at Seven Senders, together with all parties involved in the process. Additionally, I am taking care of the teams to make Seven Senders a great and fun place to work at.

What former experience of mine can I share here?

You achieve the best results in diverse and international teams by having a true north. Different backgrounds and mindsets in a team help finding the most efficient route to reach your goal.

What do I want to achieve at and with 7S?

What did I do before Seven Senders?

I have been working at different international logistic service providers for 10 years, while simultaneously finishing my studies in business administration. Before joining Seven Senders, I was leading logistics departments at various companies.

What is my area of responsibility at Seven Senders?

I am responsible for the development of our European network of last mile delivery solutions, which includes procurement and implementation of last mile carriers and their delivery services, steering carriers and SLA controlling.

What former experience of mine can I share here?

People management, relationship management, negotiation and methodological skills, process optimization - in order to be sustainably successful, the most important topic is to stand for and to foster a good culture between employees, colleagues and partners.

What do I want to achieve at and with 7S?

Building THE state of the art network of last mile delivery solution that perfectly caters to our customers’ needs.
